car rentals, state sales tax, resort taxes, nominal port
fee, telephone or any other incidental charges. The client
agrees to accept responsibility for charges incurred over
and above those provided by this agreement.

This Discount Vacation Resorts package is transferable to persons
over the age of 21 who meets the same qualifications and
agrees to meet the Details of Participation stated herein.

All reservations are subject to availability for your
protection and may be made by mail using the reservation
request form. Discount Vacation Resorts should receive the reservation
request form at least forty five (45) days prior to arrival
date.

All room accommodations are subject to availability. All
accommodations are in a hotel in the resort area. Most
resort destinations require a major credit card upon check-in.

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all reservation changes.

You must mail this Reservation Reservation Form no later
than twelve (12) months from the date of purchase as shown
on the reverse side of this form.

The fair market value is up to $1599. This offer cannot
be redeemed for cash and is good for stated services only
as defined herein. No cash value applies for any unused
portion of this package.

not responsible for any claims arising from the regular
business operations of the hotels, cruise lines, or tour
operators with which it contracts.

or interruptions due to nature, strikes or Acts of God.

protection each reservation is digitally recorded and a detailed
receipt confirming our clients' purchase of a vacation is
